We are engaged in civil mechanical and Electrical construction works for the last 25 years and we are one of the leading Civil Engineering Contractors in Tamil Nadu. We move forward being focused on our vision “To provide quality living for a better nation”.
We concentrate in upholding our core values Team work, Quality service, Time bound delivery and Customer satisfaction throughout our construction process. Hence we have achieved the acceptance from our clients for sky-high construction standards, structural endurance, solid faithfulness, clear cut dealings, quality assurance and time bound delivery.
We have a highly qualified & trained team and the most modern machineries for the timely & qualitative execution of projects, proving us eligible and appropriate to undertake almost all types of Civil & Interior works. We have successfully completed many projects including Commercial Complex, Residential Villas, Residential Apartments, Marriage Hals, Hotels, Multi-storied building projects etc.
In the course of our venture, we have accomplished an approximate of 350 of Buildings incorporation with high quality standard and more than 500 Flats for various operators throughout the state of Tamil nadu. We focus on building eminence for all of our clients by delivering the best quality project at the lowest cost in a shortest term. ➢ Sreesh Consolidate Focused on Construction and Interior works for Major Corporate in Chennai City from 1990 – 2004
➢ From 2005 onwards Sreesh Consolidate merged with J D Construction and Promoters Pvt. Limited. Mr.Chinnadurai given his efforts to the company as Chief Engineer and Associate Director of J D.
➢ With his hard effort and dedicative work to the company he and his co Directors completed nearly 2.5 Lakhs Sqft Buildings in and around Chennai.
➢ In the year of 2013 we have started a new venture in the name of Blue Stone Foundation

Site Survey
After the work allotment, the company representative survey the site, checks feasibility of work, visualize the initial difficulties and inform the site in charge about any change in PO amendment, difficulties of construction works etc.
